Safe Low Voltage Bathroom Ventilation
The Xpelair SSLV100TS is designed for installation in bathroom splash areas, including Zone 1, when installed in accordance with electrical safety regulations.
Supplied with a 12V Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) transformer, the fan provides additional electrical safety for installations close to baths and showers. The transformer must be positioned outside the designated splash area in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.
Quiet and Efficient Extraction
Featuring Ghost Air Movement Technology, the Simply Silent extractor fan delivers effective ventilation with minimal operating noise.
The two selectable extraction speeds provide airflow rates of 54m³/h and 76m³/h, allowing the fan's performance to be matched to the ventilation requirements of your bathroom.
Operating at just 22dB(A) on its lower setting and 34dB(A) on high speed, measured at 3 metres, the fan is ideal for bathrooms where quiet operation is particularly important.
Convenient Adjustable Overrun Timer
The integrated adjustable overrun timer allows the fan to continue operating for between 30 seconds and 30 minutes after switching off.
