Quiet and Efficient Bathroom Ventilation
The Xpelair Simply Silent DX100TS uses advanced Ghost Air Movement Technology to deliver effective extraction with minimal operating noise.
With noise levels of just 22dB(A) on its lower setting and 34dB(A) on high speed, measured at 3 metres, this extractor fan is particularly suitable for bathrooms and en-suites where quiet operation is important.
Two Selectable Extraction Speeds
The DX100TS features two extraction speeds, delivering airflow rates of 54m³/h and 76m³/h.
The appropriate speed can be selected during installation to suit the ventilation requirements of your bathroom, helping maintain effective airflow while minimising unnecessary energy consumption.
Adjustable Overrun Timer
The integrated adjustable overrun timer allows the fan to continue operating for between 30 seconds and 30 minutes after switching off.
This convenient feature helps remove lingering steam and moisture after showering, reducing condensation and helping prevent the conditions that encourage mould growth.
The fan can be connected to an external switch or lighting circuit for convenient automatic operation.
Modern Square Design
Featuring a contemporary square grille in a clean white finish, the Xpelair DX100TS blends neatly into a wide range of bathroom interiors.
Its discreet appearance makes it suitable for both modern and traditional bathrooms, while the removable front grille provides convenient access for cleaning.

The Xpelair DX100TS is suitable for wall or ceiling installation and can also be installed in windows using a separately available compatible window kit.
Supplied with a telescopic wall duct, external grille and installation fixings, the fan provides the essential components for a straightforward wall installation.
Its IPX4 splash-resistant construction and energy-efficient AC motor ensure reliable performance in suitable domestic ventilation applications.
