Intelligent Constant Volume Ventilation
Unlike conventional extractor fans, the Xpelair CV4SR uses Intelligent Adaptiflow technology to maintain a consistent extraction rate.
An integrated airflow sensor continuously monitors ventilation performance and automatically adjusts the fan speed to compensate for changes in airflow resistance.
This helps ensure reliable extraction performance, even when external conditions or ducting resistance change.
Automatic Humidity Control
The built-in adjustable humidistat monitors moisture levels and automatically increases ventilation when humidity rises above the selected threshold.
With an adjustable humidity range of 50% to 90% relative humidity, the fan responds to moisture generated by showering, bathing and other everyday activities.

Bathroom airflow settings provide extraction rates of 18m³/h, 29m³/h and 65m³/h, while kitchen settings deliver 29m³/h, 47m³/h and 65m³/h.
These selectable settings allow installers to configure the fan according to the ventilation requirements of the room.
Adjustable Overrun Timer
The integrated adjustable overrun timer allows the fan to continue operating at an increased extraction rate for between 30 seconds and 30 minutes after activation.
This helps remove lingering moisture and odours after showering or other activities that increase indoor humidity.
Energy-Efficient DC Motor
The CV4SR features an efficient DC motor designed to provide reliable continuous ventilation with minimal electricity consumption.
