Supplied with a separate Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) transformer, the LVCF20TX is particularly suitable for bathroom and shower room installations where additional electrical safety precautions are required.
Powerful Centrifugal Ventilation
Unlike conventional axial extractor fans, the Xpelair Premier LVCF20TX uses centrifugal technology, making it particularly effective for installations with longer duct runs.
With four selectable ventilation speeds and a maximum intermittent extraction rate of 219.5m³/h, the fan can be configured to provide the appropriate airflow for toilets, bathrooms, utility rooms and kitchens.
The integrated room selector allows installers to choose the ventilation performance required for each application.
Safety Extra Low Voltage Operation
The LVCF20TX comes complete with a separate SELV transformer, allowing the fan to operate at a safer extra-low voltage in suitable bathroom and shower room locations.
Its IPX5 protection rating provides resistance to water jets, while the separate transformer arrangement makes it suitable for correctly designed installations in bathroom Zone 1, subject to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable electrical regulations.
Automatic Humidity Control
An integrated humidistat monitors moisture levels and activates or boosts ventilation when humidity rises above the selected threshold.
Adjustable between 50% and 90% relative humidity, this feature helps remove excess moisture following showers, baths and other everyday activities.
Automatic humidity control is particularly useful for reducing condensation and maintaining a fresher indoor environment.
Adjustable Timer and Boost Function
The built-in run-on timer allows the fan to continue operating after activation, helping remove lingering moisture and odours.

Continuous operation provides background ventilation throughout the day, with higher airflow available when required.
Its energy-efficient brushless DC motor helps keep electricity consumption low, making it suitable for regular or continuous use.
