The Xpelair WX12 Commercial Wall Extractor Fan is a powerful 12-inch (300mm) axial ventilation fan designed for demanding commercial and industrial environments. Ideal for restaurants, pubs, commercial kitchens, offices, factories, schools and shops, this high-performance fan provides effective ventilation to help remove stale air, excess heat, moisture and unwanted odours.
Delivering an impressive extraction rate of up to 1,715m³/h (476 litres per second), the WX12 is suitable for larger spaces requiring substantial airflow. Its reversible operation allows the fan to be used for both air extraction and intake ventilation, providing flexibility for different ventilation requirements.
The fan features a silent electro-thermal shutter that automatically closes when the fan is switched off, helping prevent unwanted backdraughts. An integrated trickle ventilation facility also allows background airflow when the fan is not operating.
Designed for installation in external walls, the Xpelair WX12 is suitable for single brick, cavity brick and timber-frame construction. It comes complete with a wall-mounting kit and a corrugated plastic wall liner that can be cut to suit the installation.
