Description
Enjoy your favourite TV channels, streaming services and entertainment in one place with the Walker 40 Inch Full HD TiVo Smart TV.
The 40-inch LED screen delivers Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, providing a noticeable step up in detail from HD Ready televisions. HDR and HLG support help compatible content display a broader range of brightness and colour, making this a practical choice for everyday television, films, sport and streaming.
At the heart of the WPS2K40261 is the TiVo Smart TV platform, designed to bring live television and streaming content together through a simple, easy-to-navigate interface. Popular services including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube are available directly through the TV, reducing the need for a separate streaming device.
For Irish households, one of this model's strongest features is its built-in television reception. The Walker is Saorview approved and includes both terrestrial and satellite tuners, allowing you to receive Irish free-to-air channels through an aerial and compatible free-to-air satellite channels through a connected satellite dish. This provides a convenient way to access a wide selection of television and radio without requiring a separate receiver box.
Built-in WiFi makes connecting the television to your home network straightforward, while an Ethernet port is available if you prefer a wired connection. There are three HDMI connections for equipment such as a games console, soundbar or Blu-ray player, alongside a USB port for compatible media and USB recording.
The TV also supports DTS Virtual:X audio processing, designed to create a more spacious listening experience from its built-in stereo speakers. Screen mirroring provides another convenient way to enjoy compatible content from a mobile device on the larger 40-inch display.
With its slim borderless design, black finish and supplied stand, the Walker WPS2K40261 works well as an everyday main television or as a second TV for a bedroom, kitchen or other living space. It can also be wall mounted using a compatible VESA bracket.
