Description
The Toshiba 32WV2463DB 32 Inch Smart TV combines a compact HD Ready LED display with the easy-to-use VIDAA Smart TV platform, HDR support and convenient access to popular streaming services. Its smaller 32-inch screen makes it particularly well suited to bedrooms, kitchens, apartments, children's rooms or other spaces where a large television isn't required.
The 32-inch Direct LED display has a 1366 x 768 HD Ready resolution, providing a clear picture for everyday television, streaming and connected entertainment. HDR support helps compatible content deliver improved contrast between brighter highlights and darker areas of the picture.
Toshiba's TRU Resolution processing helps optimise lower-resolution content for the screen, while selectable picture modes allow the display to be adjusted for different types of entertainment including movies and sport.
Smart entertainment is provided through the VIDAA platform. Designed around quick and straightforward access to content, VIDAA puts streaming services and connected entertainment within easy reach from the television's home screen.
Popular apps including Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube are supported, allowing you to stream movies, television series and online video directly through the TV when connected to the internet. Streaming subscriptions may be required.
Built-in Wi-Fi provides convenient wireless network connectivity, while an Ethernet port is available if you prefer a wired internet connection. Screen Mirroring also allows compatible mobile-device content to be displayed on the television.
The 32WV2463DB works with both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant when connected to compatible devices, providing additional voice-control possibilities within a connected home.
For broadcast television, the integrated DVB-T2/C/S2 tuner supports terrestrial, cable and satellite reception. An Electronic Programme Guide makes it easier to browse available television programming, while HEVC H.265 decoding provides compatibility with modern broadcast formats.
Two HDMI connections provide room for external equipment such as a games console, set-top box or streaming device. HDMI 2 supports ARC, allowing compatible audio equipment to receive sound through the HDMI connection.
A USB port provides media playback and PVR-ready USB recording functionality when used with suitable storage. Additional connectivity includes a headphone output, coaxial digital audio output, CI+ slot and composite AV input.
Sound is delivered through two 6W down-firing speakers with Dolby Audio support. A selection of sound modes and a five-band equaliser provide additional flexibility for tailoring the audio to different programmes.
The TV can be positioned on the supplied feet or wall mounted using its 75 x 75mm VESA mounting points. At just 728mm wide and 4.2kg, it is a particularly manageable television for smaller spaces.
Combining VIDAA Smart TV functionality, HDR, built-in Wi-Fi, terrestrial and satellite tuners and useful connectivity in a compact 32-inch format, the Toshiba 32WV2463DB is a versatile everyday television for rooms where space is at a premium.
