The 3-litre oil capacity provides plenty of room for family meals, with a food capacity of up to 800g depending on what you're cooking. It's ideal for preparing favourites such as homemade chips, chicken, battered fish, scampi and other crispy fried foods.
The standout feature is the automatic oil filtration system. Once you've finished cooking and the oil has cooled, simply turn the control dial and the oil passes through a sieve that removes crumbs and food particles before draining into a dedicated storage container. The filtered oil can then be stored ready for reuse, helping reduce waste and making disposal and cleaning less messy.
A powerful 2000W immersed heating system brings the oil efficiently up to cooking temperature, while variable temperature control allows you to adjust the heat to suit different foods.
The lid incorporates a viewing window, so you can monitor cooking without repeatedly opening the fryer. An anti-odour filter also helps reduce cooking smells, with two replaceable filters supplied.
