Description
The Morphy Richards Hive 2 Slice Toaster in Grey combines practical everyday toasting features with the distinctive contemporary styling of the Hive collection. With its textured honeycomb-inspired exterior and premium gloss finish, it is designed to look as good on the kitchen worktop as it performs at breakfast time.
Equipped with two variable-width slots, the Hive toaster can accommodate different bread thicknesses, making it suitable for everything from standard sliced bread to thicker-cut loaves, crumpets and other toastable favourites.
Seven browning settings give you precise control over how light or dark you want your toast. Whether you prefer lightly golden toast or a deeper, crispier finish, simply select your preferred level using the rotary browning control.
The dedicated Defrost function makes mornings easier when you're using bread straight from the freezer. Instead of waiting for it to thaw, frozen bread can be placed directly into the toaster and toasted using the appropriate setting.
A Reheat function is ideal for those moments when freshly made toast has been left to cool. It warms the toast again without running it through a complete standard toasting cycle. There's also a Cancel button, allowing you to stop the cycle manually whenever required.
Smaller slices can be easier to retrieve thanks to the high-lift facility, reducing the need to reach down into the toaster when removing compact pieces of bread or other toasted items.
Keeping the appliance and surrounding worktop clean is straightforward thanks to the removable crumb tray. Crumbs collect in the tray beneath the toaster and can be removed and emptied periodically rather than accumulating inside the appliance or across the kitchen counter.
A built-in cord tidy provides convenient storage for excess power cable, helping maintain a cleaner and less cluttered worktop when the toaster is not in use.
With an 850W power rating, the Hive provides dependable everyday performance while retaining a compact footprint suited to kitchens where worktop space is valuable.
The Grey finish is complemented by the Hive range's distinctive geometric texture, creating a modern look that can be coordinated with the matching Morphy Richards Hive kettle for a consistent small-appliance collection.
Combining seven browning levels, variable-width slots, Defrost, Reheat and Cancel functions with easy cleaning and distinctive styling, the Morphy Richards Hive 220033 is an attractive and practical two-slice toaster for everyday use.
