Description
The Imetec Solid Fleece Adapto Double Dual Overblanket combines luxurious fleece comfort with intelligent heating technology, giving two people independent control over their preferred level of warmth. Measuring a generous 180 x 180cm, it is designed for double beds and features two separate digital controllers so each side can be adjusted individually.
At the heart of the blanket is Imetec's patented Adapto technology. Rather than simply producing a fixed level of heat, the advanced electronic control system continuously monitors conditions and adjusts heating to help maintain consistent warmth throughout use.
Rapid heating means there's no need to switch the blanket on far in advance. The Adapto system is designed to provide noticeable warmth in approximately five minutes, making it ideal for taking the chill out of the bed on cold evenings.
Each side offers six selectable temperature settings, giving both users plenty of flexibility to find their preferred comfort level. This independent dual-control design is particularly useful for couples with different temperature preferences.
The integrated timer provides automatic switch-off after 1, 3 or 9 hours. This allows you to choose a short period of warmth while settling into bed or a longer heating period during the night.
Safety is supported by Imetec's Electro Block system. The advanced electronic safety system automatically checks that the blanket is operating correctly when switched on and continues monitoring its operation during use.
Comfort is enhanced by soft solid fleece on both the upper and lower layers. The cosy fabric adds an extra layer of warmth even before the heating is switched on, while its generous 180 x 180cm dimensions provide excellent coverage across a double bed.
Both controllers are detachable for convenient cleaning. The overblanket can be hand washed or machine washed at 30°C, making it much easier to keep fresh throughout the colder months.
With two independent controllers, six heat settings, rapid heating, intelligent Adapto temperature management and soft fleece construction, the Imetec 16754 is an excellent choice for couples looking for personalised electric warmth rather than a conventional single-control heated blanket.
