Stay comfortably warm with the Dimplex ECR15 1.5kW Oil Free Column Radiator, a portable electric radiator designed to provide fast, responsive supplementary heating around the home.
Unlike a traditional oil-filled radiator, the ECR15 uses Dimplex's patented Thermocore oil-free heating technology. With no oil inside the radiator that first needs to heat up, warmth can be delivered more quickly into the room. The oil-free construction also eliminates the possibility of oil leaks and helps make the radiator easier to move when you need heat in another room.
With a maximum heat output of 1.5kW, the ECR15 offers three heat settings of 500W, 1000W and 1500W. This gives you the flexibility to use a lower setting when you only need gentle background warmth or select the full 1.5kW output when you want to heat the space more quickly.
Simple rotary controls make the radiator straightforward to operate, while the adjustable mechanical thermostat allows you to select and maintain a comfortable room temperature. A frost protection setting is also included, making the radiator useful when you want to help protect a suitable room from very low temperatures during colder weather.
Designed with portability in mind, the ECR15 features easy-glide castors and an integrated carry handle, allowing it to be moved between rooms as required. The traditional seven-fin column design provides the familiar appearance of a classic radiator while incorporating Dimplex's modern oil-free heating technology.
Safety features include overheat protection and a tilt switch, which prevents the heater from continuing to operate if it is accidentally knocked onto its side. A built-in cable tidy also makes the radiator easier to store neatly when it isn't required.
