Description
The Dimplex Kingsley Deluxe is a traditional-style freestanding electric fire combining an elegant black and brass finish with Dimplex Optiflame technology, flexible fuel-bed options and convenient thermostatic heating. Designed to create the appearance and atmosphere of a classic fireplace without requiring a chimney or flue, it makes an attractive focal point for both traditional and contemporary living spaces.
Dimplex's Optiflame technology creates a realistic moving flame effect using energy-efficient LED lighting. Flame brightness can be adjusted to suit the room and the desired atmosphere, while the flame effect can be operated independently of the heater. This means you can enjoy the appearance of a glowing fire throughout the year without adding heat to the room.
The Kingsley Deluxe offers plenty of scope to personalise the appearance of the fire. It is supplied with three different fuel-bed options – logs, coals and crystal pieces – allowing you to choose between a more traditional coal or log appearance and a more contemporary crystal effect.
When additional warmth is required, the integrated fan heater provides two selectable heat outputs of 1kW and 2kW. A variable thermostat helps maintain a comfortable room temperature, allowing the heater to cycle as required rather than continuously producing maximum heat.
A run-back timer provides additional control, allowing the heater to operate for a selected period before automatically switching off. This is particularly convenient when using the fire for supplementary evening heating.
The supplied remote control means the main functions can be adjusted from your chair, while additional controls are discreetly positioned beneath the fire's canopy. A safety cut-out provides additional protection during operation.
Unlike an electric fire that requires a dedicated inset opening, the Kingsley Deluxe is freestanding. It can sit neatly against a suitable flat surface or be incorporated with a compatible fireplace surround, giving you considerably more flexibility when positioning it within the room.
The classic design combines a predominantly black body with polished brass-effect detailing around the trim and traditional fret. At 639mm wide and just 194mm deep, it creates the appearance of a substantial traditional fireplace while maintaining a relatively shallow footprint.
The Dimplex Kingsley Deluxe KNG20X-BR is an excellent choice for anyone looking for the character of a traditional fireplace with the simplicity of electric heating, combining Optiflame ambience, three interchangeable fuel-bed styles, remote operation and up to 2kW of supplementary heat.
