Description
Create a welcoming atmosphere in your home with the Dimplex Elsberry Optimyst Inset Electric Fire in Chrome. Combining elegant fireplace styling with advanced flame-effect technology, this electric fire delivers the appearance of a traditional open fire alongside the convenience of modern electric heating.
Featuring Dimplex's innovative Optimyst technology, a realistic coal-effect fuel bed and up to 2kW of fan-assisted heating, the Elsberry offers an impressive combination of visual appeal and practical warmth.
Its polished chrome finish provides a stylish alternative to traditional brass fireplaces, making it an attractive choice for both contemporary and classic living room interiors.
Realistic Optimyst Flame Technology
Experience the remarkable realism of Dimplex Optimyst technology.
Unlike conventional electric fires that rely solely on lighting effects, Optimyst uses ultrasonic technology to create an ultra-fine water mist.
Specially positioned LED lighting illuminates the mist, producing a convincing three-dimensional illusion of flickering flames and rising smoke.
The result is an exceptionally realistic flame effect that captures the character of a traditional fireplace.
Because the effect uses water mist rather than combustion, you can enjoy the appearance of a real fire without burning coal or logs.
Traditional Coal-Effect Fuel Bed
The Dimplex Elsberry features a realistic coal-effect fuel bed that complements its classic inset design.
The glowing coal effect works alongside the Optimyst flames to create the appearance of a traditional open fire.
Whether you're relaxing with a book, entertaining guests or enjoying a quiet evening at home, the Elsberry creates an attractive focal point.
Powerful 2kW Fan-Assisted Heating
Enjoy additional warmth whenever you need it with the integrated 2kW fan heater.
The Elsberry provides convenient supplementary heating for living rooms, dining rooms and other suitable spaces.
With two heat settings of 1kW and 2kW, you can adjust the heating output according to your comfort requirements.
The fan-assisted heating system distributes warm air into the room, helping create a comfortable environment during colder weather.
Thermostatic Temperature Control
Maintain a comfortable room temperature with the integrated electronic thermostat.
The thermostatic control allows you to select your preferred temperature, helping regulate the heater's operation.
This provides greater convenience when using the Elsberry for supplementary heating.
Flame Effect Without Heat
Enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of a traditional fireplace throughout the year.
The Dimplex Elsberry allows you to operate the Optimyst flame effect independently of the heater.
This means you can enjoy the realistic flames and glowing coal effect even when additional warmth isn't required.
It's particularly useful during spring and summer evenings when you want the ambience of a fire without heating the room.
Convenient Remote Control
Adjust your fire without leaving your seat using the included remote control.
The Elsberry features a convenient remote system that allows you to operate compatible heating and flame-effect functions from the comfort of your sofa.
Manual controls are also provided on the appliance.
Adjustable Flame Effect
Create your preferred fireplace atmosphere with the adjustable Optimyst flame effect.
The water mist and lighting system produces realistic flames that can be adjusted to suit your surroundings.
Whether you prefer a gentle, relaxing flame or a more prominent fireplace display, the Elsberry allows you to personalise the visual effect.
Easy-Fill Water Tank
The Optimyst system uses water to create its realistic flame and smoke effect.
The Elsberry features a refillable water tank that supplies the fine mist required for the flame display.
The tank provides several hours of operation before refilling is required, depending on the selected settings and environmental conditions.
For best performance, follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding suitable water and routine cleaning.
Elegant Chrome Finish
The Dimplex Elsberry combines traditional fireplace styling with an attractive chrome finish.
The bright metallic appearance complements contemporary living rooms while retaining the character of a classic inset fireplace.
Its elegant design makes it particularly suitable for homeowners looking to update an existing fireplace without losing its traditional appearance.
The chrome finish also coordinates beautifully with modern fireplace surrounds and decorative interior fittings.
Designed for Inset Installation
The Elsberry is designed to fit into a suitable fireplace opening, creating the appearance of a traditional inset fire.
Its classic proportions make it particularly suitable for replacing an older inset electric fire or updating an existing fireplace.
The appliance is designed for standard 16-inch fireplace openings, subject to the manufacturer's installation requirements.
An optional spacer kit may also allow alternative installation arrangements.
Before purchasing, check the dimensions of your fireplace opening and the manufacturer's installation instructions to ensure compatibility.
No Working Chimney Required
Enjoy the appearance of a traditional fire without the inconvenience of storing coal, handling ashes or cleaning soot.
Because the Elsberry operates electrically, it doesn't require a working chimney or conventional fuel supply.
The Optimyst effect uses water mist rather than real smoke, making it a convenient alternative to a traditional solid-fuel fireplace.
Routine cleaning and water-tank maintenance are required to keep the flame-effect system operating correctly.
A Traditional Fireplace with Modern Convenience
Whether you're updating an existing fireplace or creating a welcoming focal point in your living room, the Dimplex Elsberry Optimyst Electric Fire combines classic design with modern technology.
With its realistic three-dimensional flames, traditional coal-effect fuel bed, 2kW heating and convenient remote control, it offers an attractive alternative to a conventional open fire.
