Combining 1.5kW heating performance with intelligent temperature control, smartphone connectivity and a sleek wall-mounted design, the Alta provides a modern heating solution for bedrooms, living rooms, home offices and other indoor spaces.
Featuring a precision electronic thermostat, seven-day programmable timer and integrated WiFi connectivity, the Dimplex Alta DTD4R 15 makes it easy to personalise your heating schedule and maintain a comfortable room temperature.
Efficient 1500W Electric Heating
The Dimplex Alta delivers 1500W of electric heating through a convection heating system designed to distribute warmth naturally throughout the room.
Cooler air enters the heater, passes over the internal heating element and rises through the upward-facing grille, helping circulate warm air without requiring a fan.
This quiet heating operation makes the Alta particularly suitable for bedrooms, living spaces and home offices where consistent warmth and minimal noise are important.
Built-In WiFi and CAPA Connect App Control
Take control of your heating with the Dimplex CAPA Connect smartphone app.
The Alta features integrated WiFi connectivity, allowing you to adjust temperature settings, manage heating schedules and control compatible functions remotely using your smartphone.
Whether you're adjusting the heating from another room or preparing your home for your return, the CAPA Connect app offers convenient control over your electric heating.
Seven-Day Programmable Heating Timer
The Dimplex Alta features a seven-day programmable timer, allowing you to create personalised heating schedules for different days of the week.
Set up to seven heating periods per day to suit your daily routine, ensuring your room is heated when required.
This flexible scheduling helps reduce unnecessary heating by allowing you to manage operating times around work, family life and other activities.
Precision Electronic Thermostat
Maintain your preferred room temperature with the Alta's accurate electronic thermostat.
Offering temperature regulation to approximately ±0.2°C, the thermostat provides precise control over the heater's operation.
With an adjustable temperature range of 7°C to 30°C, you can select a comfortable setting to suit your room and personal preferences.
Multiple Heating Modes
The Dimplex Alta provides several operating modes to accommodate different heating requirements.
Choose from Normal, Comfort, Eco, Away and Off modes to personalise the heater's operation.
Comfort mode provides regular heating, while Eco mode allows you to select a lower temperature for periods when less warmth is needed.
Away mode is particularly useful when your home is unoccupied, helping you manage heating more effectively.
Open Window Detection
The Dimplex Alta incorporates open window detection technology designed to help reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
If the heater detects a sudden temperature drop consistent with an open window, it can automatically respond by adjusting its heating operation.
This practical feature helps avoid wasting electricity when warm indoor air is escaping.
Child Lock and Heater Lock
For additional convenience, the Alta includes child lock and heater lock functions.
These controls help prevent accidental changes to temperature settings or heating programmes.
They are particularly useful in family homes, shared accommodation and other environments where maintaining consistent heating settings is important.
Slim Wall-Mounted Design
With a depth of just 90mm, the Dimplex Alta offers a streamlined appearance that complements contemporary interiors.
The durable steel casing features a clean Traffic White finish, while the upward-facing grille supports natural heat circulation.
Its wall-mounted design keeps floor space clear, making it suitable for rooms where space is limited.
Reliable Heating with Built-In Safety Features
The Alta includes an automatic-reset thermal safety cut-out to provide protection against overheating.
Its IP24 rating offers protection against splashing water, making the heater suitable for appropriately positioned installations where the manufacturer's electrical safety requirements are met.
Combining reliable 1500W heating, smart WiFi connectivity, precision temperature control and programmable scheduling, the Dimplex Alta DTD4R 15 provides a practical and stylish solution for modern electric home heating.
