Description
Add useful extra frozen-food storage without taking up excessive floor space with the Belling BCFE101 98L Chest Freezer. Its compact 55cm width makes it a practical option for smaller kitchens, utility rooms or households that need additional freezer capacity alongside their main fridge freezer.
One of the biggest advantages of this model is Belling's Frost Shield technology. The BCFE101 is designed to continue operating in ambient temperatures as low as -15°C, making it particularly useful for suitable garages, sheds and other outbuildings where temperatures can fall considerably during winter.
Inside, the freezer provides 98 litres of usable storage capacity, giving you additional room for frozen meals, meat, vegetables, batch cooking or larger supermarket shops. A removable storage basket keeps smaller and frequently used items conveniently accessible rather than allowing them to disappear underneath larger frozen foods.
The electronic digital control panel makes temperature control straightforward, while a Super Freeze function provides rapid freezing when adding fresh groceries to the freezer. This is particularly useful after a larger food shop, helping newly added items reach freezing temperature quickly.
An integrated LED interior light makes it easier to see what's inside, especially when the freezer is positioned in a garage, utility room or other area where ambient lighting may be limited.
The BCFE101 uses manual defrosting, but Belling includes a convenient front defrost access spout to make draining water easier when the freezer needs to be defrosted. A recessed handle maintains the freezer's clean, compact appearance while avoiding a protruding handle taking up additional space.
With its combination of compact dimensions, 98L capacity and low-temperature Frost Shield operation, the Belling BCFE101 is particularly well suited to households looking for a small chest freezer for additional storage or suitable outbuilding use.
